From Concept to Completion.
Established in 2007, D E S : R E S was founded by Tim Cookson having developed many properties in the UK and in France. Tim had a vision for turning buildings into tailor made living spaces that represented their owners’ personalities. A constantly evolving company, since its humble beginnings working on small jobs like tiling and flooring jobs, D E S : R E S is growing in reputation and stature and used to handling sizable projects like loft conversions, full service kitchen and bathroom remodelling/additions, garage conversions, basement conversions, entire house and apartment renovations. Any kind of internal renovation, small or large is handled, we are more than happy to continue with the smaller jobs along side the larger renovations. We work as a close knit team of subcontractors and all keep each other in work. We are all owed favours by each other and this is why we have the weight and abilities of a “big company” team at our disposal but without charging “big company” prices. Anyone in our circle is the best at what they do. We have top flight joiners and carpenters, most are asked to fit out high street showrooms, accredited plasterers, time served builders, part p and NICEIC electricians, Corgi registered gas men and plumbers. The best thing about our service though, is just that, the service!! We fully understand all of the complexities of renovation projects and have seen the pitfalls many times before. We have over a centuries experience between us and can pre-empt problems before they occur, we can quickly sort problems out when they appear. All of combined experience and know how put together makes for a trouble free service (for you!!) Our professional and sensible approach is what makes you the client feel so comfortable with us working with them. We open up clear lines of communication from the outset and you will be kept in the loop all the way through.
